  • Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using our website, booking consultations, or receiving legal or personal advisory services, you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using our Service.

  • Description of Services Provided
    SeniorRightCare offers non-litigious legal assistance, document support, and advisory services to elderly residents in Switzerland. Our scope includes:
    – Guidance on legal rights related to health care, inheritance, housing, and guardianship
    – Support in preparing mandates, wills, powers of attorney, and living wills
    – Consultations for family members, caregivers, or appointed representatives Our services are consultative in nature and do not replace formal legal representation in courts or before Swiss authorities unless explicitly stated.

  • User Responsibilities
    Users agree to:
    – Provide accurate and complete information relevant to the advisory process
    – Use the Service only for personal or family-related lawful purposes
    – Not rely exclusively on the information provided for decisions involving complex litigation or tax matters without further professional counsel
    – Maintain confidentiality of any advice or documentation prepared for their specific case If a legal guardian or family member uses the Service on behalf of a senior, they must be duly authorized to act on the senior’s behalf.

  • Limitation of Liability SeniorRightCare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from reliance on information or services provided through our platform. We do not guarantee specific legal outcomes and accept no liability for decisions made based on partial information or outdated user records.

  • Intellectual Property All templates, documentation guides, articles, and formats made available by SeniorRightCare remain our intellectual property. These materials may not be copied, distributed, altered, or used commercially without our prior written consent.

  • Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the substantive laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Zurich, unless otherwise mandated by applicable Swiss consumer law.

  • Termination of Access We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for violations of these Terms, non-payment, abusive behavior toward consultants, or misuse of legal content. Termination shall be communicated in writing and may take immediate effect.

  • Refund Policy Due to the personalized nature of our legal and advisory services, refunds are not guaranteed. However, users may request a refund within five (5) business days of service delivery if the service was not provided as agreed. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Subscription-based packages may be canceled before the next billing cycle.

  • Modifications to Terms We reserve the right to amend these Terms periodically. Any substantial changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use of our services following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
